kind staff nearby mall missing outlet crowded room
the staff displayed kindness. trams were very close providing easy city access. the nearby mall called 'el corte inglés' was very big. a short walk got me there quickly.
the bathroom lacked electric outlets, a significant inconvenience. the small room felt crowded, i wished for more space.

the room included a comfy bed. there was also a corner wardrobe. i found a small desk for my use. the shower had good water flow and comfortable temperature.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! lots of diverse options and fresh fruit, i was super impressed. the location is also great. It's a short walk to the metro, so getting around was easy. the staff was very helpful and kind.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I had a quick check-in. I found complimentary water in the lobby. That was a nice touch. The hotel offered a bar where one could watch sports. I was charmed.
